We are thrilled you have chosen Dockside Sauna for your sauna rental. By booking a rental, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read carefully prior to booking and using our saunas.
Services Provided
We offer mobile sauna rentals, subject to availability and confirmation. Renters must be 19 years of age or older by the start of the rental period.
Bookings and payments
Full payment is due at the time of booking. Prices listed online are inclusive of taxes.
Dockside Sauna reserves the right to refuse or cancel service.
Refunds and cancellations
Our refund and cancellation policy can be found in our Cancellations policy. Customers are responsible for reviewing and understanding this policy prior to booking.
Sauna rentals
Once the sauna is delivered and the rental period begins, renters are responsible for the safe and responsible use of the sauna and all other rental equipment provided.
Saunas should be returned in the same condition in which they were delivered, within the reasonableness of normal wear and tear.
Additional charges will apply for damages and excessive cleaning.
Renter is responsible for ensuring delivery location has adequate space for the sauna, including open, outdoor ventilation for the chimney void of hazards. Renter is also responsible for ensuring adequate access to the delivery location.
Liability & assumption of risk
Renters and their guests agree the use of the sauna is at their own risk. All sauna users are encouraged to check with the healthcare professional if they have any health concerns.
The renter acknowledges that sauna usage is not suitable for all users, as it can involve exposure to high heat, and advises all users of the sauna of the same.
Dockside Sauna is not liable for any health complications, injuries, property damage, or loss resulting from sauna use or misuse.
Customer and renter responsibilities
Renters and their guests are expected to follow all safety guidelines and instructions provided. Renters are required to ensure proper supervision of minors during sauna use.

Renter is responsible for ensuring adequate permissions to use the property where the sauna is used, including public roadways and campsites. Any fines or parking tickets issues during the rental agreement will be the responsibility of the renter.

Prohibited actions and activities
Smoking, vaping and drinking alcohol are strictly prohibited inside the sauna. ​

Governing laws
These Terms of Use are governed by the Provinces of Ontario and Manitoba.
